RENTAL INCOME
Total amount of investment loans is EUR 5,400,000 as of November, 2014. The details of the loans are as follows:
•The debt comprises of two loans, a EUR 3,600,000 loan for the construction of the building and a EUR 1,800,000 loan added after the completion of the building.
•Quarterly repayment follows an annuity formula and lasts until the end of 2023 and 2028 respectively.
•Interest rate is 3 month euribor + 1.5% margin.
